Printing was founded in 1945, in what is now the Commercial Street Historic
District in Springfield, Missouri. In 1971, Wally Hemingway purchased the
business with the philosophy that customer service is our top priority.
Through the years, that philosophy has led to the continuing growth and
success of the company. In 1989, we moved to the large, modern facility
that we occupy today at 2325-C East Olive Court in Springfield. |
In
1998 Jason Hemingway, Wally's son, became Vice President of the company
and has since taken over plant operations. Kathi Johnson, a 30 year veteran
with the company, continues to perform the duties of General Manager, allowing
Wally some well deserved time to pursue other interests. The Independent
Printing staff averages over 10 years of service with the company, which translates
into superior customer service for you. |
As
we move rapidly into the 21st century, Independent Printing will continue
to pursue the technology and innovation necessary to provide our customers
with the excellent service they deserve. The printing industry is changing
rapidly, and these changes will enable us to serve you with top quality
digital pre-press, printing, and bindery services. As always, our pledge
